1 Por lo tanto, también nosotros, que tenemos tan grande nube de testigos a nuestro alrededor, liberémonos de todo peso y del pecado que nos asedia, y corramos con paciencia la carrera que tenemos por delante.
2 Fijemos la mirada en Jesús, el autor y consumador de la fe, quien por el gozo que le esperaba sufrió la cruz y menospreció el oprobio, y se sentó a la derecha del trono de Dios.

12 Por lo tanto, también nosotros, que tenemos tan grande nube de testigos a nuestro alrededor, liberémonos de todo peso y del pecado que nos asedia, y corramos con paciencia la carrera que tenemos por delante. 2 Fijemos la mirada en Jesús, el autor y consumador de la fe, quien por el gozo que le esperaba sufrió la cruz y menospreció el oprobio, y se sentó a la derecha del trono de Dios.
This Christian life that God has called to is war church .. there is a war on your family, on your marriage, on your children, on your finances, on your health, on your faith, on your mind, and on your heart,, your ministy,there is a war against the focus on Jesus and his word and if you are not fighting has bajado el estándar
.. we have to fight for our faith why because there is an enemy who is after it .there is people that will enter in your life with the sole purpose to take you off the road from your destiny and your purpose of God form the morals and life style that God has called your to walk in ..
The book of Hebrews was written to a church that was getting old and was settling into the world and losing its wartime mentality and starting to drift through life without focus, without vigilance, and without energy. Their hands were growing weak, their knees were feeble.(El libro de Hebreos fue escrito para una iglesia que se estaba haciendo vieja y se estaba instalando en el mundo y perdía su mentalidad de guerra y comenzaba a derivar por la vida sin foco, sin vigilancia y sin energía. Sus manos se debilitaban, sus rodillas estaban débiles.)
Some of you have stopped fighting some of you have stopped living in this war that God has us in why because we have set the standards lower and have given yourself permissions slips to do what ever you want to do … When you lower your standards it not only affects you but it will affect your kids and the next generation … kids will follow your example ..(Algunos de ustedes dejaron de pelear, algunos de ustedes dejaron de vivir en esta guerra que Dios nos tiene porque hemos establecido estándares más bajos y hemos dado permisos para hacer lo que quieran hacer ... Cuando bajan sus estándares, no solo te afecta pero afectará a tus hijos y a la próxima generación ... los niños seguirán tu ejemplo …)
1 Por tanto, es necesario que prestemos más atención a lo que hemos oído, no sea que nos extraviemos.
2 Porque si el mensaje anunciado por medio de los ángeles fue firme, y toda transgresión y desobediencia recibió su justo castigo,
3 ¿cómo escaparemos nosotros, si descuidamos una salvación tan grande? Esta salvación fue anunciada primeramente por el Señor, y los que la oyeron nos la confirmaron.
2 Porque si el mensaje anunciado por medio de los ángeles fue firme, y toda transgresión y desobediencia recibió su justo castigo,

So into the church has crept the disease of drifting and neglecting. People are growing careless, and negligent.we are living in a time where people are making their own rules.. I will honor who I want to honor, I will respect who I want to respect.. its right in front of our eyes and our children eyes . people are doing whatever they want walking in their flesh desires. Example of ant……(La gente se está volviendo descuidada y negligente. Estamos viviendo en una época en la que las personas están estableciendo sus propias reglas ... Honraré a quién quiero honrar, respetaré a quién quiero respetar ... está justo en frente de nuestros ojos y Los ojos de nuestros hijos. las personas están haciendo lo que quieran caminando en sus deseos carnales. Ejemplo de hormiga ……)
grace is not a license to sin its a empowerment to win against sin, its an empowerment to have victory over your flesh its not a permission slip to do whatever ,no it is an empowerment to say God even if this hurts even if its frustrating even though , I don’t like it , I am going to live a higher standard, I am going to treat people right, I am going to forgive , I am going to die to myself and live in the Power of the holy spirit .
(la gracia no es una licencia para pecar, es un empoderamiento para ganar contra el pecado, es un empoderamiento para tener victoria sobre tu carne, no es un permiso para hacer lo que sea, no, es un empoderamiento para decir a Dios, incluso si esto duele, incluso si es frustrante incluso sin embargo, no me gusta, voy a vivir un estándar más alto, voy a tratar a las personas bien, voy a perdonar, voy a morir para mí y vivir en el Poder del espíritu santo)

What’s wrong with it? Ask: Does it help me run the race? Does it help me run for Jesus?
This is the point of the whole book. Endure, persevere, run, fight, be alert, be strengthened, don’t drift, don’t neglect, don’t be sluggish, don’t take your eternal security for granted. Fight the fight of faith on the basis of Christ’s spectacular death and resurrection. And show your faith the way the saints of did..(Este es el punto de todo el libro. Aguanta, persevera, corre, lucha, mantente alerta, fortalecete, no te desvíes, no descuides, no seas lento, no des por sentado tu seguridad eterna. Pelea la batalla de la fe sobre la base de la espectacular muerte y resurrección de Cristo. Y muestre su fe como lo hicieron los santos de Hebreos 11.)

Fight for your purity… there is a war for you mind , eyes, thoughts ..and your mind .. we got to raise up and fight , we have to rage war ..we have to not give in to live a lifestyle of Sodom and Gomorrah I have to stop allowing my body to walk in the flesh, I have a calling a destiny in God that needs to be fulfilled I have a standard to follow I have a next generation that I have to raise up to walk in a higher standard.. Sampson had a calling on his life .. but he was not fighting for his purity .. his parents told him Sampson you have a calling upon your life .. don’t go after Delilah … but as he kept on dating Delilah she kept on pressing him.. but the interesting thing is that the Bible does not say he slept with her but yet he crossed the lines of purity he gave over to what his flesh wanted .. you have to guard your heart , the standard the calling upon your life .. set boundaries for your life…
4.fight for your family .. God has you here to fight for family members that are not here yet …dont give up on your loved ones don’t stop praying for them …we can’t live a life of surrender and just let the devil win .. NO!!!!! This is war.. your family needs you to fight ..
5. Fight for your marriages .. there is an attack against marriages … all over the world ,, there is an attack between the covenant between a man and a women there is an attack against the union that God put forth.. fight!!! There is something powerful about a husband and wife that come to church together, that choose to work through their issues ..that chose to forgive, that choose to surrender that chose to walk in humility even though pride is saying walk out of the room…(Lucha por tus matrimonios ... hay un ataque contra los matrimonios ... en todo el mundo, hay un ataque entre el pacto entre un hombre y una mujer, hay un ataque contra la unión que Dios propuso ... ¡lucha! Hay algo poderoso acerca de un esposo y una esposa que vienen juntos a la iglesia, que eligen trabajar en sus problemas ... que eligen perdonar, que eligen rendirse que eligen caminar con humildad a pesar de que el orgullo dice…..)
6.. fight for the children.. we need the church to fight for children of the city of the community of the families for them … they are the future
I heard this and it impacted me .. fight for the heart of your older child.. not that you don’t fight for the heart of the others but there is something powerful when you fight for the older Childs heart some here today are probably in a battle right now for your children heart ..
7..Fight for your purpose…
We are going to fight for our faith with the power of the holy spirit.. we are going to love with our gods heart we are going to fight against our. Flesh with the holy spirit
Run the race set before you! Don’t stroll, don’t meander, don’t wander about aimlessly. Run as in a race with a finish line and with everything hanging on it.(Corre la carrera que tienes delante! No pasees, no deambules sin rumbo fijo. Corre como en una carrera con una línea de meta y con todo dependiendo de ella)
“Since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us . . . run.” They are the saints that have lived and died so valiantly by faith in chapter 11. Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Sarah, Moses, and all those who suffered and died, “of whom the world was not worthy.”
They have run the race before us, and have gathered, as it were, along the marathon route to say, through the testimony of their lives, “By faith I finished, you can too!”
They have gathered along the sidelines of our race and they hold out their wounds and their joys and give us the best high-fives we ever got: “Go for it!
History is waiting for you.(Han corrido la carrera antes que nosotros, y se han reunido, por así decirlo, a lo largo de la ruta del maratón para decir, a través del testimonio de sus vidas, "¡Por fe que terminé, tú también puedes!"
Se han reunido al margen de nuestra raza y extienden sus heridas y sus alegrías y gritan "¡A por ello!
La historia te espera.)
39 Y aunque por medio de la fe todos ellos fueron reconocidos y aprobados, no recibieron lo prometido.
40 Todo esto sucedió para que ellos no fueran perfeccionados aparte de nosotros, pues Dios había preparado algo mejor para nosotros.

39 Y aunque por medio de la fe todos ellos fueron reconocidos y aprobados, no recibieron lo prometido. 40 Todo esto sucedió para que ellos no fueran perfeccionados aparte de nosotros, pues Dios había preparado algo mejor para nosotros.
This is followed in 12:1 by “Therefore . . . run.” The “therefore” means that verses 39–40 are a motivation for our running. Since this is true, run! How is it a motivation?
“We all come into the fullness of our inheritance together.”I take verse 39 to mean that when the believers in the Old Testament died, their spirits were made whole and perfect ,but that they do not receive the full blessing of God’s promise, which is resurrection with new bodies in a glorious new age with all God’s enemies removed and righteousness holding sway and the earth filled with the glory of God. They did not receive that promise yet.(Esto es seguido en 12: 1 por "Por lo tanto. . . correr ". El" por lo tanto "significa que los versículos 39-40 son una motivación para nuestra carrera. Why not? Why must the saints wait, without their new resurrection bodies? The answer is given in verse 40: “Because God had provided something better for us, so that apart from us they should not be made perfect.” In other words, God’s purpose is that all his people — all the redeemed — be gathered in before any of them enjoys the fullness of his promise. His purpose is that we all come into the fullness of our inheritance together.(Porque Dios había provisto algo mejor para nosotros, de modo que, aparte de nosotros, no deberían ser perfeccionados". En otras palabras, el propósito de Dios es que todo su pueblo, todos los redimidos, se reúnan antes de que ninguno de ellos disfrute de la plenitud de Su promesa. Su propósito es que todos lleguemos a la plenitud de nuestra herencia juntos.
think on the fact that your life counts to God and to them. You finishing the race is what history is waiting for. The entire universe waits until every single one of God’s elect are gathered in. All history waits and all those who have lived by faith crowd the marathon route to urge you on, because they will not be perfected without you. Nor you without them. So fight , run , and know who you are in christ and know who and what you represent. (piensa en el hecho de que tu vida cuenta para Dios y para ellos. Terminar la carrera es lo que la historia está esperando. El universo entero espera hasta que todos los elegidos de Dios se reúnan. Toda la historia espera y todos aquellos que han vivido por fe recorren la ruta del maratón para instarlos, porque no serán perfeccionados sin ustedes. Ni tú sin ellos. Así que lucha, corre y conoce quién eres en Cristo y sabe a quién y qué representas.)
