We all go thru struggles in our lives but remember God is good and He never gives us more than we can bear without providing a way out -----> the way out is usually Him though and not some tangible thing that we typically look for.

Keep is Words = His teachings & examples/actions
Great Comission= Mission together
Calling---->we all have something that God has individually called us to do.

Strong City: It relies on God, it is redeemed.
Peace: it is a promise/description of how it feels to rely on God
The surrounding cities are being overtaken at this time yet this city has Gods promise and they were at peace.
What things genuinely threaten us in our lives that our only hope in overcoming them is in God?
Trust means that we can walk without fear.

we need to give Him all that we have = put our hearts on the alter
He gave all that He had to change all that we are! Live like it!
God resists the proud and exhaults the humble.
But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me and I to the world.
Humility: We do not use others to benefit ourselves, We offer ourselves to benefit others… To help them see and become all that God has created and called them to be.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving present your requests to God.
We say our prayers, but how many of us really pray???
life changing, mountain moving prayer, that is in Gods will and not self seeking.

We often miss the mark with our prayers
Remember God doesn’t want us to sin less He wants to make us SINLESS.

Those of us who are in Christ Jesus are not of this world.
We need to remain seperate and apart from things of this world, how ever this does not mean we need to insulate ourselves from those outside of the faith, while we remain in Him we need to be actively involved in the lives of those who are lost, so that we may be a shining example to them of how a life with Christ really is.
He won’t let go of us.
He is our lighthouse shining in the darkness guiding us home.
