Proverbs 21:25–26 NKJV
25 The desire of the lazy man kills him, For his hands refuse to labor. 26 He covets greedily all day long, But the righteous gives and does not spare.
Psalm 136:1–9 NKJV
1 Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. 2 Oh, give thanks to the God of gods! For His mercy endures forever. 3 Oh, give thanks to the Lord of lords! For His mercy endures forever: 4 To Him who alone does great wonders, For His mercy endures forever; 5 To Him who by wisdom made the heavens, For His mercy endures forever; 6 To Him who laid out the earth above the waters, For His mercy endures forever; 7 To Him who made great lights, For His mercy endures forever— 8 The sun to rule by day, For His mercy endures forever; 9 The moon and stars to rule by night, For His mercy endures forever.

(1) Because of God’s goodness

Psalm 136:1 NKJV
1 Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.
God has been so good to me i could be here all day:
first I thank God that I am in the number of those who are saved.
you can be saved too!
John 3:17 NKJV
17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
Luke 19:10 NKJV
10 for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”

The Romans Road

Romans 3:23 NKJV
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
people who struggle don’t need a saviour, they need psycho therapy.
Sinners need a savior.
Sin: Sin is any deviation from a divinely revealed will. It is the source of evil, corruption, and death, and is what humanity and all of creation must be saved from, according to the Scriptures.
Sigrist, D. J. (2014). Sin. D. Mangum, D. R. Brown, R. Klippenstein, & R. Hurst (Eds.), Lexham Theological Wordbook. Bellingham, WA: Lexham Press.
Romans 6:23 NKJV
23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
the wages of sin for those who have not repented of their sin is death.
but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus.
Romans 5:12 NKJV
12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned—
you became a sinner because of the rebellion of Adam,
you become a believer through Jesus.
Romans 5:8 NKJV
8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Jesus died for us while we were against Him. He did this as a demonstration of His Love for us.
Romans 10:9–13 NKJV
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
believe in your heart-
confess with your mouth-
Jesus is not a metaphor He is a real person, He died a real death, He rose again on the third day (literally).
we turn from our sin and toward God.
we turn from our rule to God’s rule.

(2) Because of his uniqueness.

Psalm 136:2–3 NKJV
2 Oh, give thanks to the God of gods! For His mercy endures forever. 3 Oh, give thanks to the Lord of lords! For His mercy endures forever:
He is The only God.
but people see other God’s
there is only one.

(3) Because of his miracles

Psalm 136:4 NKJV
4 To Him who alone does great wonders, For His mercy endures forever;
there are things that He has done in each of our lives.
some things that we are living we should not be living because of the things that we have done.

(4) Because of his creative works

Psalm 136:5–9 NKJV
5 To Him who by wisdom made the heavens, For His mercy endures forever; 6 To Him who laid out the earth above the waters, For His mercy endures forever; 7 To Him who made great lights, For His mercy endures forever— 8 The sun to rule by day, For His mercy endures forever; 9 The moon and stars to rule by night, For His mercy endures forever.
if you enjoy nature then you can praise God.
call for salvation
