A slick confidence man was handed a roll of $18 bills by a counterfeiter.  “The machine got mixed up.” the counterfeiter said.  “We can’t use these in the big city.  Take them down to West Virginia and pass them off to the hicks.”

The con man took a bundle and drove deep into the West Virginia mountains.  He stopped at a crossroads store, asked for a candy bar and soda pop, then handed the storekeeper one of the crisp $18 bills.  The storekeeper took it without blinking and said, “How’d you like your change? A nine and an eight or two sixes and two threes?”
