21 Days of Prayer

1 God has something to say to you

John 10:3 AMP
3 The watchman opens the door for this man, and the sheep listen to his voice and heed it; and he calls his own sheep by name and brings (leads) them out.
God wants to speak to you and I and He does, but often we miss it because we are afraid of making a mistake. Instead we need to trust the leadership of the Holy Spirit and let him show us how to hear from God.
He will usually begin by speaking to you about the little things in life.
ac filter… low blood sugar...
He will do this to get accustomed to hearing from him… building our faith in our ability to hear from God.
Gloria Copeland… Robert Morris --- God knows your past…
If you will listen and begin to trust him, he will speak to you the same way he has for many others.
Listen to the Inward leading of the Holy Spirit
The biggest mistake we can make is to be afraid to follow that inward witness which is the number one way God leads us.
Romans 8:14 NLT
14 For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.
Take time during this 21 Days of Prayer to listen…
Once you begin to hear God, he will often ask you to do something that doesn;’t make sense in the natural.
tithing… going to church 2 per week… reading Bible…

2 Step across the Faith Line

Faith Line is the line where you cross from operating in the natural to depending on the supernatural. It’s what you need to cross when you are wavering back and forth between your circumstances and God’s promises.
Romans 4:19–20 NLT
19 And Abraham’s faith did not weaken, even though, at about 100 years of age, he figured his body was as good as dead—and so was Sarah’s womb. 20 Abraham never wavered in believing God’s promise. In fact, his faith grew stronger, and in this he brought glory to God.
Abraham looked at the facts. He and Sarah were too old to have children. No way… But God said she would bear a child and that child would be the one the blessing of many nations would go through. In the natural, there was no way Abraham and Sarah would have a child.
But Abraham kept his faith in God and ignored the natural evidence, believed god and stepped across the faith line. He stepped past the point of no return.
If you and I want to see God do the impossible in our lives, we will have to do the same thing.
How do we do draw the line of faith?
You set your Faith Line with the Word of God
Find promises about what it is you need and then believe them. Meditate on the promises. Then give it to God and step across the faith line.
ill of me giving my keys to you… you come to get my keys but i have transferred them to you.
That’s what we do when we are tempted to not trust the word… you tell the enemy that he has to go talk to God because he is on control of it.
Trust that your miracle is going to happen.
What miracle do you need to step across the faith line on?
Step across the faith line with your self image
Most of us don’t live like we are children of the King of Kings. We live like clay pots.
2 Timothy 2:20 NLT
20 In a wealthy home some utensils are made of gold and silver, and some are made of wood and clay. The expensive utensils are used for special occasions, and the cheap ones are for everyday use.
Too many people think of themselves as clay pots, but you don’t have to be.
2 Timothy 2:21 AMP
21 So whoever cleanses himself [from what is ignoble and unclean, who separates himself from contact with contaminating and corrupting influences] will [then himself] be a vessel set apart and useful for honorable and noble purposes, consecrated and profitable to the Master, fit and ready for any good work.
If you will follow Christ, stay away from sin, and believe what he says about you, you will be like a pot of pure Gold… ready for the Lord to do great things with you.
The choice is yours.
Separate yourself from sin, turn to God, believe what he says…
Step across the Faith line with your Kids
Isaiah 54:13 NLT
13 I will teach all your children, and they will enjoy great peace.
Stop worrying about your children and kick the devil out of their lives. Get some verses form God’s Word to stand on about them and quote them… meditate on them and believe them.
Thank God that they will not go to hell, but will follow the Lord.
If your kids are headed for trouble, don’t worry… pray and believe.
Matthew 9:38 NLT
38 So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.”
Ask God to send people into your loved ones lives that they will listen to so they can come to faith in Christ. God knows who they will listen to and how and when to bring that person into their lives.

3 Don’t focus on the storms, focus on the Lord

If there is anyway the devil can get your eyes away from the WOG, he will use that. He will cause you trouble… make circumstances around you go crazy. He will do anything he can to get you to look at your circumstances instead of the promises of God… because he knows if he can’t do that, you will take the WOG and beat his brains in with it.
That’s what he did with Peter. When Peter stepped out of the boat and began walking on the water, he was focused on Jesus and he was walking across the water like it was land.
Matthew 14:30–31 NLT
30 But when he saw the strong wind and the waves, he was terrified and began to sink. “Save me, Lord!” he shouted. 31 Jesus immediately reached out and grabbed him. “You have so little faith,” Jesus said. “Why did you doubt me?”
He took his eyes off of Jesus and his instruction to come, he began to sink. He focused on the natural… waves and wind and he knew he could not walk on water… his faith left him and he began to sink.
Don’t let that happen to you. Once you hear from God, hang onto it and focus on it… not the natural.
the devil will try his best to get you to look at the natural… keep focused on the Word God has given you.
During this 21 Days of Prayer,
Hear from God
Step across the faith line…
Ignore the storms and focus on the Lord - walk in faith...
