Before the complaint/request is made aware to us, God is already there
God is faithful, even when He doesn’t answer or respond like we want Him to, or think He should.
God is sovereign. He is in control. God is just. God is good.

Habakkuk is actively waiting upon the Lord. Seeking Him in the mean time.
