Something Special About Mom

She was chosen - for not just a job -
the world minimizes motherhood...
like being a mom is second rate - if you don’t have a “job” “career”, you are a failure...
Mom - you have the greatest job with the greatest joy in all the world! bring a child into this world, love them, care for them, protect them, cherish them, nurture them - TEACH THEM...

this group of named and un-named mothers were known as the “mother of...”

Athaliah…the mother of Ahaziah
Maachah - the mother of Asa
Bathsheba - the mother of Solomon...
named and unknown - mom’s are special...
We need a nation filled with women whose primary goal in life is not merely to climb a corporate ladder...
to have all the pleasure and things this world has to offer...
But to be mom...
I call my mom - Ma...
It’s ma & pop’s - nothing disrespectful - but endearing -
There is a special place...
There is a love
there is a comfort
there is the knowing that you are loved unconditionally...
all the mistakes
all the times where I caused embarrassment
yet - ma was always there - and still is...
There’s Something Special About Mom...
mom - in this covid-19 enviroment -
you are mom

cleaner
teacher
coach
referee

Human resource officer
wife
book keeper
banker
planner
preparer
- I am just glad that I didn’t have to pay for all the duties that Mrs. Brown does and has done...
You ladies are amazing...
Praise the Lord for Godly mom’s who take their role as being lofty and not second rate...
mom who raises her children and is virtuous is a woman who will be praised...
Don’t look for the praise of those without the walls of home - look to be what you can be for those within the home that God has given you...
There’s just something Special about Mom!
