God speaks - 1:1-2

Long ago in the prophets

Amos 3:7 ESV
“For the Lord God does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets.

These last days in His Son

Appointed heir of all things
Made the world

Nature of the Son - 1:3-4

Radiance of His glory (brilliance)

Upholds all things by the word of His power
