Still in the First Cycle of Judgment: The Seven Seals (Rev 6:1–8:5)
The judgments of the Tribulation Period begin when Christ opens the first of the seven seals. (Revelation 6:1)
The four horsemen will bring about the Antichrist, war, economic ruin, famine, and death. (Revelation 6:2–8)
During the Tribulation Period people will still turn to Christ and be killed for their faith. These people will be known as the Tribulation Saints, and they will ask to be avenged. (Revelation 6:9–10)
An earthquake will rack the earth, affecting the sun, moon, sky, land, and sea. (Revelation 6:12–14)
Following the sixth seal, fear will grip everyone on earth as they try to hide from the wrath of God. (Revelation 6:15–17)

The Golden Rule of Interpretation states, “When the plain sense of Scripture makes common sense, seek no other sense.”
This, however, is one of those instances where the plain sense does not seem to fit because most stars are bigger than the earth.
No star could fall to the earth as late figs drop from a fig tree without decimating the planet.
Since the word “stars” in the Greek translation could also be translated “meteors,”
This could indicate a meteor shower.
It could also mean a missile attack. During the Persian Gulf War, nights were filled with cruise missiles and laser-guided smart bombs.
One can easily see how someone living almost two thousand years ago would describe scenes like this as falling stars.
Whatever these are—stars, meteors, or missiles—they will fall to earth in abundance like overripe figs dropping from a fig tree in a mighty wind.

14 Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place.
Could this be another indication of a nuclear war?
During a nuclear blast Windsor rapidly pushed out (displaced)For several miles, creating a vacuum at the center of the blast site
then suddenly the wind like a giant tidal wave rushes widely back into the vacuum
the sky actually rose up on itself
the explosion will be so great it will cause every mountain and island on earth to move
Him skeptics believe is impossible to move mountains and islands
Remember the 9.0 earthquake in the Indian Ocean on December 26, 2004
scientist said that the energy of this earthquake was like a million atom bombs
It caused the tsunami with waves third 30 feet high traveling at 500 mph
the waves struck ten nations kill more than one hundred thousand people
Injuring more than 1/2 a million, and left millions homeless
It was reported the island of Sumatra (So-Motra) of about thirty million people in mountains 12,000 feet high moved 100 feet to the southwest
Another report said the earth wobbled in its orbit and time stopped for 3 microseconds him
He reminds us of the sun standing still for almost a day
Joshua 10:12–13 NKJV
12 Then Joshua spoke to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel: “Sun, stand still over Gibeon; And Moon, in the Valley of Aijalon.” 13 So the sun stood still, And the moon stopped, Till the people had revenge Upon their enemies. Is this not written in the Book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and did not hasten to go down for about a whole day.
it also reminds us that the Bible predicts the time when the earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard
Isaiah 24:20 NKJV
20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, And shall totter like a hut; Its transgression shall be heavy upon it, And it will fall, and not rise again.

Billy Graham - Pope John Paul II has stated, “Our future on this planet, exposed as it is to nuclear annihilation, depends on one single factor: humanity must make a moral about-face.”
Ed Hindson -The threat of a global nuclear holocaust will push the world to the brink of disaster and leave people crying for peace. This crisis will probably be centered in the Middle East.

Slide - Communion

LORD’S SUPPER, (also called The Eucharist), the sacrament instituted by Jesus at the Last Supper and observed by the apostolic church.
Jesus instituted two ordinances. They are baptism and the Lord’s Supper. He participated in both (Matthew 3:13–17; 26:17–30).
The church is to be faithful to these ordinances.
The Reasons for the Lord’s SupperSome
Jesus asked us to remember Him in this way
It teaches us that we are all saved the same way.
We have salvation by Christ and His cross.
There are no exceptions to this divine plan.
Examine yourself
1 Corinthians 11:27 NKJV
27 Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
We must not take the Lord’s supper casually. We must think about the basic reasons for observing the Lord’s supper.
It is a sin to take it in an irreverent manner.
To be worthy to participate in communion is to be in right relationship with the Lord.
I want to take a few moments to give you the opportunity to ask forgiveness of any sin in your life.

1. Lord I believe that Jesus is the son of God, and that He died for my sins and rose again, I asked forgiveness of my sins, and I asked that Jesus would come into my heart today.
2. If you prayed that Simple prayer for the first time
3. Welcome to the family of God
4. I Belive the Angels in heaven are rejoicing
5. The Faith Vision family of believers are rejoicing with you.
6. Find a church that is based on the Word of God
7. You are welcome to be apart of the Family of Faith Vision Christian Ministries
8. Read your Bible and pray every day
9. Read the gospel of John
