Can satan read our mind?

“Don’t give the slanderous accuser, the Devil, an opportunity to manipulate you!”
Ephesians 4:27 TPT
Only God can read our mind and no one else. But oneness of heart happens at times.
“Jesus supernaturally perceived their thoughts, and said to them, “Why do you carry such evil in your hearts?” Matthew 9:4 TPT
“You are so intimately aware of me, Lord. You read my heart like an open book and you know all the words I’m about to speak before I even start a sentence! You know every step I will take before my journey even begins. Lord, you know everything there is to know about me. You perceive every movement of my heart and soul, and you understand my every thought before it even enters my mind.” Psalms 139:1-4 TPT
The Word of God can read our mind and search our heart.
“For we have the living Word of God, which is full of energy, like a two-mouthed sword. It will even penetrate to the very core of our being where soul and spirit, bone and marrow meet! It interprets and reveals the true thoughts and secret motives of our hearts.” Hebrews 4:12 TPT
No, thankfully he can’t & neither can any other human. The evil one watches our every move & listens to the words we speak & can become very familiar with who we are as a person. The result of this is this he knows just how to tempt us & influence in our daily living. When we ask God into our lives God will give us the wisdom to avoid falling for these deceitful actions, the bible says “If we resist the devil he will flee from us” the bible when read will give us the skills to achieve this.
“Be well balanced and always alert, because your enemy, the devil, roams around incessantly, like a roaring lion looking for its prey to devour. Take a decisive stand against him and resist his every attack with strong, vigorous faith. For you know that your believing brothers and sisters around the world are experiencing the same kinds of troubles you endure.” 1 Peter 5:8-9 TPT
How does the devil lurks us:
The devil knows the Word of God, he always comes against to test us of our trust and obedience to God and His Words. - Adam and eve
“Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?” And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’ ” Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die.
So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings.” Genesis 3:1-4, 6-7 NKJV
The devil primarily reads us through our words and corresponding actions.
“But those things which proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and they defile a man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.”
Matthew 15:18-19 NKJV
“Your words are so powerful that they will kill or give life, and the talkative person will reap the consequences.” Proverbs 18:21 TPT
Right words and the Words of God confessed will release the angels to work and also the Word accomplishes for what it was sent for.
“Bless the LORD, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word.” Psalms 103:20 NKJV
“What role then, do the angels have? The angels are spirit-messengers sent by God to serve those who are going to be saved.” Hebrews 1:14 TPT
“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11 NKJV
Devil picks up our evil motives and corresponding actions - Judas
“Then Mary took a pound of very costly oil of spikenard, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil. But one of His disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, who would betray Him, said,
This he said, not that he cared for the poor, but because he was a thief, and had the money box; and he used to take what was put in it.” John 12:3-4, 6 NKJV
“Then Satan entered Judas, surnamed Iscariot, who was numbered among the twelve. So he went his way and conferred with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray Him to them.” Luke 22:3-4 NKJV
“And when Judas ate the piece of bread, Satan entered him. Then Jesus looked at Judas and said, “What you are planning to do, go do it now.” John 13:27 TPT
Only God can read our thoughts, so rejoice. Lets read and confess Psalm 139
For the Pure and Shining One King David’s poetic song Lord, you know everything there is to know about me. You perceive every movement of my heart and soul, and you understand my every thought before it even enters my mind. 3–4 You are so intimately aware of me, Lord. You read my heart like an open book and you know all the words I’m about to speak before I even start a sentence! You know every step I will take before my journey even begins. You’ve gone into my future to prepare the way, and in kindness you follow behind me to spare me from the harm of my past.[a] With your hand of love upon my life, you impart a blessing to me. This is just too wonderful, deep, and incomprehensible! Your understanding of me brings me wonder and strength.[b] Where could I go from your Spirit? Where could I run and hide from your face? If I go up to heaven, you’re there! If I go down to the realm of the dead, you’re there too! If I fly with wings into the shining dawn, you’re there! If I fly into the radiant sunset, you’re there waiting![c] 10 Wherever I go, your hand will guide me; your strength will empower me. 11 It’s impossible to disappear from you or to ask the darkness to hide me, for your presence is everywhere, bringing light into my night. 12 There is no such thing as darkness with you. The night, to you, is as bright as the day; there’s no difference between the two. 13 You formed my innermost being, shaping my delicate inside and my intricate outside, and wove them all together in my mother’s womb.[d] 14 I thank you, God, for making me so mysteriously complex! Everything you do is marvelously breathtaking. It simply amazes me to think about it! How thoroughly you know me, Lord! 15 You even formed every bone in my body when you created me in the secret place,[e] carefully, skillfully shaping me[f] from nothing to something. 16 You saw who you created me to be before I became me![g] Before I’d ever seen the light of day, the number of days you planned for me were already recorded in your book.[h] 17–18 Every single moment you are thinking of me! How precious and wonderful to consider that you cherish me constantly in your every thought! O God, your desires toward me are more than the grains of sand on every shore! When I awake each morning, you’re still with me.
