Psalm 30:5
5 For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.
Why do we weeping? When there is an event or set of events that causes the emotional response that causes tear signifying temporary defeat.
John 11:32 Now when Mary came to the place where Jesus was and saw him, she fell at his feet and said to him, “Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.” 11:33 When Jesus saw her weeping, and the people who had come with her weeping, he was intensely moved in spirit and greatly distressed. 11:34 He asked, “Where have you laid him?” They replied, “Lord, come and see.” 11:35 Jesus wept. 11:36 Thus the people who had come to mourn said, “Look how much he loved him!” 11:37 But some of them said, “This is the man who caused the blind man to see! Couldn’t he have done something to keep Lazarus from dying?”
Why did Jesus weep?
Why did Jesus weep?
ANSWER: I don’t know! I believe that he was weeping because Lazarus had not realized the untapped potential that lay dormant within the body of Lazarus.

John 15:9 “Just as the Father has loved me, I have also loved you; remain in my love. 15:10 If you obey my commandments, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father’s commandments and remain in his love. 15:11 I have told you these things so that my joy may be in you, and your joy may be complete.
What does it mean to experience joy? An event or events that causes a continual sense of victory and happiness. Jesus desire is that his joy be in you. Therefore, what is his joy? GOD LOVES YOU!
1 John 1:1–4 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life— Experiences of our lives to grow us 2 the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us
We have a promise
(Experiences + God’s Promise) = Faith3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.
You have to declare somethings to yourself4 And these things we write to you that your joy may be full.
Joy has to be experienced - God offers Joy
Many wait for joy as if waiting at the bus stop
χαρά (chara). n. joy. The experience of gladness.
In the NT, the term chara often denotes a primary response to the reception of the event of eschatological salvation by human beings. There are other cases in which joy is attributed to God or his representatives. The term chara often comes as a result of people experiencing God’s presence by the Holy Spirit. Joy is part of the fruit of the Spirit’s presence and work in the lives of believers (Gal 5:22). Joy enables believers to endure trials and suffering of the Christian life. The Thessalonians received the Word “with much suffering and with the joy of the Holy Spirit,” which probably means joy given by the Holy Spirit (1 Thess 1:6). At the same time, believers are to count their difficulties as joy (χαρὰν, charan; Jas 1:2), and God gives joy along with patient endurance (Col 1:11).
Joy or Anger effect your mind and eventually your body.

JOHN THE APOSTLE (Ἰωάννης, Iōannēs). One of the 12 apostles of Jesus. A fisherman at the Sea of Galilee who was called by Jesus and became a disciple and an apostle, along with his brother James. Possibly the author of the Gospel of John, 1–3 John, and Revelation.
Philippians 2:1–2
1 Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy,
2 fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
One mind and the same accord:
Acts 2:1–3 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.

Ephesians 5:15–21 See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, 16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil. 17 Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. 18 And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, 19 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, 20 giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, 21 submitting to one another in the fear of God.
You may see me singing: Bless Be the Name of the Lord or This is the Day or Any praise song the you can think of that demonstrates the victory of God and his promises.
2 Peter 1:2–4
2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord,
3 as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,
4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

36 Still others had trial of mockings and scourgings, yes, and of chains and imprisonment.
37 They were stoned, they were sawn in two, were tempted, were slain with the sword. They wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins, being destitute, afflicted, tormented—
38 of whom the world was not worthy. They wandered in deserts and mountains, in dens and caves of the earth.
39 And all these, having obtained a good testimony through faith, did not receive the promise,
40 God having provided something better for us, that they should not be made perfect apart from us.
