The Table

We need to talk. <- you ever heard that before? Ever said that before?
Walk in to a friends house, maybe your parents, and just need to sit down at the table and talk?
There is something about just sitting at a table and laying all your cards out there. Mental health! Tired of caring the burdens around, tired of the struggle, tired of the MESS - because carrying the weight of all that MESS is exhausting.
Testimony: I call it storms. Honestly, it is more like a class 5 hurrican. And the reality is that unless you lived it: Myself and Jeanie, only a few people know my Testimony in it’s fullness.

Storms

Testimony:
Let me share with you the Scripture that changed my life. October 17, 2010.
Ruth 4:14–17 HCSB
Then the women said to Naomi, “Praise the Lord, who has not left you without a family redeemer today. May his name become well known in Israel. He will renew your life and sustain you in your old age. Indeed, your daughter-in-law, who loves you and is better to you than seven sons, has given birth to him.” Naomi took the child, placed him on her lap, and took care of him. The neighbor women said, “A son has been born to Naomi,” and they named him Obed. He was the father of Jesse, the father of David.
The Scripture that changed my life!

Bring it to The Table

Philippians 4:6 HCSB
Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
GOd loves us and HE wants us to bring EVERY burden, EVERY concern, EVERY worry, EVERY anxious thought to Him in prayer!
It doesn’t matter if it seems insignificant. SIlly. Small. Our Father in heaven wants us to bring it to Him. Nothing to small.
Nothing to big.
Romans 5:8 HCSB
But God proves His own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us!
