Psalm 1
1 Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, 2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. 3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers.
4 Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away. 5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
6 For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.

Talking Point 1
- Do we want to delight ourselves in the law. Or is it just another rule book.
- What does this bible really mean to us?
- When we begin to study God’s word His desires will become our desires.

Celebration

Illustration closing (Jesus/Relanvnce/to the cross/testimony section)

Felt like was trapped on the train.
The choices I made had me on a path to no where
I had gotton off and been on a couple of different lines.
I was completely lost.
All I know is that if I could get back to the yellow line I could get back home
I finally stopped and ask for directions.
I was told you are in luck.
God on this next train and ride it to the red line.
I stopped to ask for direction and help (I did not have the map there were maps posted on the walls. I ignored them)
I was told that I was in luck. The red line was my next stop. The red line goes across all the train lines (go google it now metro map (hold it up) in the metro. You will find the yellow line to take you you.
All you have to to is find the red blood of Jesus.
The blood reaches to the highest.
If you have gotten off you path they way to get back is throught Jesus christ.
