The songs that Micah has it that we sing and again, singing about Christ to heaven.
One day when Glory was filled with your praises and they considered as something to, to hold on to that, he was just going to keep that, but he, he gave it up willingly to come down here to Earth.
Not to to put on the display and show him that he is the creator.
No, he came here.
Humbly as a man and not just a man, but as a servant, In one who was willing to even go so far as to lay down his life for you for me and it's good to to remember that Foundation which is actually really important because that's what we're going to be talking about the days.
We were talking about God's Building incentives, which we see in 1st Corinthians chapter 3 and I carried you open up your Bibles to 1st Corinthians 3. We're going to be looking at verses 10 through 17 today.
And as we we get into this, it is, it's about building.
It's an analogy that that Paul is going to be using.
He's been using different analogies to try to get the attention to help the Caribbean Sea where they were at, he's been writing to them, sharing with them, how man they have been blessed with every spiritual blessing that God has really brought them into his family, giving them everything they need for life and godliness, everything they need to function, well as a church to bring him glory, but there were problems.
They were fighting.
It was quarreling, people are trying to make themselves out better than somebody else based upon will, how wise they were with worldly wisdom, or, or who they followed in and Paul is trying to catch your attention.
Say, no, this is not what it's supposed to be.
This is you're not finding your identity in the right place.
Is your identity should be founded and how smart you are in this world are or who you follow.
There's a much greater.
I did.
A much better idea.
T He's been talking, I'm here most recently in this chapter earlier on, just to save look.
You you should be mature, but your immature and I can tell you're a mature because of what's going on, because if there is quarreling, if there is division, if there's any kind of Separation going on, then obviously you are in mature and you need to grow up and what he did when he approached him, he didn't come out of it, just kind of hit him over the head with a hammer.
He came with them.
Gently first, can I put your arm around and say I appeal to you?
And it's where he starts, but he's trying to use this imagery.
He's trying to say look instead of finding your identity and how smart you are who you follow, remember that that these guys are just workers and God's field which you are God's field and use that analogy for us to have a field in plants.
And he says, look I planted the seed, Apollos watered but God is the one making it grow.
The worker.
Is it the one to latch onto?
He's not the one that you're going to say, okay, I'm going to find my identity in that.
I am a follower follower.
I'm a follower Palace and say no, they're just workers.
Is 1 weeks ago.
You need to find your identity.
And him, he is the one who causes growth and then he goes on from there.
He says, we're just co-workers and got service.
You are God's field.
You were the one that God is working with the curls is crap, but he goes when he says, you are also God's Building and he's setting up for the next analogy.
The next analogy for this first and use the analogy to make the point of it's not the person that you need to follow.
If the Lord, we need to focus on.
Now, when he gets to doing an LG, he's going to shift and try to make another point I believe.
And so what we're going to do is we're going to read through the passage and I want you two to Think Through what is the point that he's trying to make with this analogy?
As far as the building and and the materials in the workers and whatnot.
So, let's go ahead.
If you can follow along in your Bible, you can follow along with the screen, but we're going to read verses 10 through 17 together, just by the grace of God, is giving me.
I laid a foundation as a wise Builder and someone else is building on it.
But each one should build with care.
For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.
Many one Builds on this Foundation.

Don't, you know that you yourselves are God's Temple and that God's spirit dwells in your midst.
If anyone destroys God's Temple, God will destroy that person for God's Temple is sacred and you together are that Temple.
You together are that Temple.
When I read through this, I think, you know what, the main point here is, God has some incentives, did you see the rewards here?
And actually earlier chapter 3 and talked about each worker is going to be rewarded, according to their labor.
And, and this idea Rewards or I'm calling on the incentives.
Has a pretty important part here, but it's all about building.
So, I'm, I'm labeled a God's incentives for us to be wise Builders.
I think that's really kind of the point is making.
Let's go ahead and pray and then we're going to work our way through here.
Lord, I do I thank you for your word which You've given to us, not just a textbook with facts and figures, but but you used word pictures, you use things that we can understand building and and materials that are used in tips.
I just pray that you would open up our hearts and Minds to understand what you want to get across to us today.
