Objective:

To ensure that believers understand that true faith won’t always provide answers. God wants to reminds us that he will show us the path but won’t always show us the outcome. For God told Abraham Genesis 12: 1-3 Now the LORD said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father’s house to the land that I will show you. And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
Although God told Abraham what he will do, he didn’t inform Abraham of all the issues that he would face along the way.

Diagnosis:

What happen to Faith? It appears that our society would much rather have all the answers to the test before they take it. We live in a world that faith is for those who believe in fairy tales and those who are intelligent are sure to deal with practicals. What happen to Faith? It is sad, that Faith is no longer the anchor that stabilizes the church anymore. Which in turn the church has lost its power. We tend to forget that Faith is the only thing that please God, faith is the substance that shows God’s mighty hand at work. Faith is and will always be the substance that strengthens our foundation. However, we pollute faith when we continue to seek answers to that in which God has showed us, instead of believing in his all encompassing power and remembering that his purpose has already been established.
