3. Lighting of the Unity Candle: (Leticia Rendon mother of the Novio Maria Estela Rodriguez mother of the Novia) Both mothers are going to light a candle. This is a symbol of the life they gave to there children. When they were just babies, they knew that this day would come. They knew just as the bible says, Matthew 19:5 NVI y dijo: "Por eso dejará el hombre a su padre y a su madre, y se unirá a su esposa, y los dos llegarán a ser un solo cuerpo"

Many people today are living today and are not willing to make a marriage covenant!
Living together is a Sin! (God has ordained marriage!) Many people say Marriage is no big deal!

Ø Don’t let anything or anyone break the commitment you have made to each other!
In marriage there room for only two people not three but two! (Don’t let another woman or another man, no lawyer or the mother –in-laws to break your commitment!)
God hates divorce!
Malachi 2:16 NVI «Yo aborrezco el divorcio —dice el Señor, Dios de Israel
Ø Never mention the word Divorce to each other no matter how angry you may get!
6. ANUNCIO DEL MATRIMONIO
Aquellos a quien Dios ha unido no los separe el hombre.
Jesse y Erika ustedes son ahora esposa y esposo con la bendición de Cristo y la iglesia. Sean misericordiosos, bondadosos de corazón y humildes en pensamiento. Acepten la vida y sean pacientes y tolerantes el uno con el otro. Perdónense así como Dios les ha perdonado, y sobre todas las cosas, ámense verdaderamente.
