When we are nearer to God, it shows in your everyday life, when faced to adversity and Joyful moment. to deal with joy and anxiety requires the same amount of energy and focus. The challenge is how do we see our christian life. Most importantly how do we react to unfairness and persecussion.
The previous section shows that we need to stand still. We have seen that being full of God’s Wisdom is the answer and thus key. We have seen that full of his wsidom is to know him. It is to grow in your knowledge of him. Then belief brings steadfastness.
Someone who believes such a God prays like Jesus: Always seek God's will
Mark 14:36
Matt 26:45-75
When Jesus says: “Allowed be thy name.” What is your concern? The heart and core of Jesus' prayer is that he is concern that God's name must be allowed on earth. When you go to a place or see a wicked place, do you mourn and be eager that God's name be known there?
We have the example of Job who new his God. Job believed what he knew even when situations does not fit his theology.
