Work—Pastoring is a full time job. It is a 24/7 calling. If you were paid $11 an hour for pastoring you would make $264 a day, $1,848 a week, $7,392 a month and $88,704 a year at minimum wage. If he made $15 an hour, well you do the math. The more important question you should answer is this., “When I need my pastor, what hours would I like for him to be off duty?”
Blameless—Irreproachable 1 Tim. 6:14 “That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:” means without fault.
