- Waiting is something that people don't like to do
- When people feel they have a good opportunity they will take it at all cost
- Now there are those that Godly opportunities come their way and they don't take them cause they are afraid.
- People go broke because they cannot wait
- People go into bad marriages because they could not wait
- People get into wrong business because cannot wait
Waiting make us feel like we are wasting our time and when we think this way it drains us out
But waiting it really foes not drain us

1- We gain strength when we wait on God | Aumentamos las Fuerzas cuandoEsperamos en Dios

- Ganamos fuerzas cuando esperamos en Dios
"Those that wait upon the Lord Shall renew their strength"
- God is all about given us strength
- When we are inpatients and we rush through things we find ourselves in many problems
- Those problems end up sucking the life out of us. This is when we loose our strength
- How many of us have rush into relationship,
rushed into a business deal and at the end you find yourself in trouble?
- and why do we rush? We Rush because we cannot or do not know God's Voice.
- When we wait on God on the other hand, we gain strength because as we wait, our faith is growing
Faith grows when we are patient.
- So remember that when God has you waiting,
He is also feeding your

2- Waiting is an act of Obedience | Esperar es un Acto de Obediencia

- Esperar es un acto de obediencia
*In 1Samuel 13 we read about a King who had trouble waiting.
*SAUL was the king of the Nation of Israel at that time
*At that time it was being besieged by the philistines army.
*The prophet told Saul that war was indeed coming
*Through Samuel God instructed Saul to go to the Temple and wait 7days.
*After 7 days Samuel would return and offer sacrifice, and God would then go with them into Battle
1 Samuel 13:8–9 ESV
8 He waited seven days, the time appointed by Samuel. But Samuel did not come to Gilgal, and the people were scattering from him. 9 So Saul said, “Bring the burnt offering here to me, and the peace offerings.” And he offered the burnt offering.
1 Samuel 13:9 ESV
9 So Saul said, “Bring the burnt offering here to me, and the peace offerings.” And he offered the burnt offering.
*Samuel arrives
1 Samuel 13:11–12 NVI
*Saul--- The people were expecting something....
*We care so much about what others say and we ignore what the Lord is telling us to do
* We want acceptance from people
Samuel's Response
1 Samuel 13:13–14 ESV
13 And Samuel said to Saul, “You have done foolishly. You have not kept the command of the Lord your God, with which he commanded you. For then the Lord would have established your kingdom over Israel forever. 14 But now your kingdom shall not continue. The Lord has sought out a man after his own heart, and the Lord has commanded him to be prince over his people, because you have not kept what the Lord commanded you.”
1 Samuel 13:13–14 NVI
*If Saul would have waited David would never come into the Picture...
*Saul's Kingdom would have been established
* When we believe that God wants the best for us, the we give him full control of your life
Family
Your career
Your Finances
Your decisionEverything!
*There are somethings that you need to hold on before you move forward
*Don't Rush
*People can mess up their lives when they move too fast
Isaiah 40:31 ESV
31 but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
Isaiah 40:31 NVI
Psalm 27:14 ESV
14 Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!
Psalm 27:14 NVI
*We live in times that when people want something they want it right now
*It is easy for us to buy with out money (Credit)
*We do not have the money but we can use credit, Because waiting in the Lord it is Hard

3- Don't Force your entrence | No Forces tu Entrada

No Forces tu entrada
* God's Timing is Perfect
*Pray and fast
*Allow God to speak to you
God's Speaks through
- Your spouse
- A Friend
- A Sermon
- A Book
- Even through your children
* God does not need to force a door open, because He knows whats on the other side
Example
If you knew that what's on the other side will harm you, would you open the door?
*God sees the other side before we do, that's why He would not force any door open... If it's good, He opens it, if it's Bad He leaves closed and shut

Revelations 3:8 These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.

Open Door
SAUL as a king he thought he had power to do anything even to offer a sacrifice that only priest could do.
When God blesses you and gives you prestige be very careful ask the Lord for Guidance and discernment cause you can become like Saul where He thought that God's Guidance did not apply to him
