Go tell it over the hills.
Whether there's a thousand hills or whether it's another public place or whether it's in our home over cookies and coffee or whether it's at our workplace that Jesus Christ is born.
He was born to conquer the grave.
He was born to reconcile us to God.
that for those of us who are going through this time of year with Sorrow in our hearts because of the loss of Hope for the loss of life.
The pastor in the present, we pray that you will be to us Emmanuel.
God With Us that you will Comfort us with your comfort because you get us that you will give us Comfort to comfort.
One another with because we are family.
We come with you to you boldly because we know that Jesus Christ.
Is that your right hand interceding for us.

The kids are are the parents ready for Christmas.

Okay, just got to warm everybody up a little bit here.
Do you know what Noel means that?
It's a song We sang before the one, we just sang Noelle I told you earlier this week so you don't get that.
You don't get to answer.
What does Noel mean?
It essentially means referring to birth.
Referring to birth, I believe it's French.
And before that it was Latin referring to Birth, really?
It's it's, it's exclusively the way we use it.
In, Modern English, it exclusively refers to the birth of Jesus Christ, and I'm not overly fond of all of the verses of Noel, where talks about the wise, man, in the wise men in the wise, men in the wise men, cuz I want to talk about Jesus, but at least in each verse, it does say, Noel Noel, Noel, Noel born is the king of Israel and that's pretty cool because it's the closest thing that I can think of to singing.
Happy birthday Jesus.
And that's really what Christmas he is, can be at its most simple basic.
Celebration is a birthday party.
A birthday for the king write.
And so, I wonder if we might.
Think about that this morning we might think about celebrating Jesus birthday, kind of like a birthday.
This Christmas that as you have the present and you pass them around.
You kind of remembering especially it's not our birthday that we're celebrating.
It's Chris birthday.
We're celebrating and so that with each giving of the gift.
We might remember, it's Jesus birthday, but we're the ones that get the gift.
Emmanuel God With Us.
Throughout the whole Advent series who's been kind of tracing the idea of Noel god with us.
And we looked at the Divinity of Christ.
God.
We looked at the humanity of Christ in in which he's with us.
He gets us last week.
We learned looked at us who we are in our, our need for Jesus, that especially as Gentiles without that.
The Messiah has come that the promise.
Are the Jews to be a blessing to all nations would have gone if it were possible?
To go against the word of God would have gone unfulfilled because the Jews had become isolated in in centered on themselves in their own Survival because of reasonable thoughts.
Reasonable reasons.
But that Jesus came and now we us get to be part.
The Salvation Narrative of the Jews that God came to save us.
Those who come to God through Jesus Christ.
And now, we're going to take a look at San Manuel.
God with us Emmanuel.
Really?
It's not much of a of a stretch to think about this.
But I want you to reorient your mind to something for the morning.
Okay, I want you to think about God in the center.
And I don't want you to think about Humanity.
In the secondary circle around.
If we were using Microsoft Paint, we would, we would draw a circle with a shape.
And then you would have to read select the circle feature.
Right?
We have to say, there's no fill, right?
You know what I'm talking about.
They were going to make make a big circle around God.
In from the very beginning when God created humankind God and man were together.
I would say that God was with man but really though the more accurate reality is that man was with God because all creation had come from God.
He is the one that created and we were as a as a human race.
We were together with God.
But then, what happened?
Sin, took the Eraser button and erased.
All the feels all the way left.
It is a circle of humanity with God in the center.
And sometimes when you think about Emmanuel God With Us, when we think about Jesus, we think about Jesus coming to us, right?
Which is true?
Sometimes we don't think of the reality that because God came to us Emmanuel.
Now, we can be with God.
It's as though we become.
So.
And Steven are thinking that we are the center of the universe.
That God comes to us.
Full.
Of course, he would come to us.
I mean, we're pretty crazy, right?
Jesus come to be with me.
It's pretty cool to hang out with me.
Then he comes to be with me and we get to do our thing together when the reality has been that ever since the fall ever since Adam and Eve decided that they would not.
Obey.
God, all of humanity was plunged into sin.
In separated from God forever.
Now.
