Not a healing, the doctors can give, but the healing that only you can give Not just physical a complete healing.
Spiritually emotionally.
Cognitively physically in any other way that we do not yet, understand what you bring healing in the midst of our pain and yet in our pain in our trials, we pray that you will draw us and show us Christ in his name, we pray.

I remember.
The events of 9/11 really well because I was alive.
I do not remember.
And this is not part of the sermon, listen to Perla, not so tragedy changes.
People changes communities, and there's nobody that has ever traveled through an airport since then, that hasn't been deeply affected by the change that was necessitated by September 11th, 2001.
And in some ways that's nice because it helps us to not forget.
It's a permanent reminder.
But sometimes when we go through tragedies as a community, we recently gone through tragedy.
And I don't want us to just forget and move on, like, nothing ever happened.
I doubt our policies are going to change reply, not going to put in like metal detectors, you know, what the doors or something like that, but I want to acknowledge it.
There's a candlelight vigil, I believe again, this evening for Parker, and I'm going to be there plan on being there and Lord willing.
And if you want to be there as well, I wouldn't discourage it to show support to the family to show our love or care for them.
Even though many of you.
Most of you, maybe all of you don't know them.
They're part of our community.
and, And they need us.
Like we need them.
And we all need Jesus.

A little bit of a different tone than one wants to set for a new sermon series in January, but it's though the reality that God has given us.

We're going to be going through the book of 1st Corinthians, Elias, and I think Titus maybe allies took some initiative.

You follow them and you hang on their every word.
I mean, I'm talking about.
That I want you to imagine, they suddenly post something that is completely out of character for them.
The influencer stumbles over their words is wearing clashing colors.
In suddenly adores is a politician that they have for a long time.
Openly disagreed with You respond, as you could imagine with a sense of disbelief.
And even indignation that this person that you follow.
Isn't being who, you know, them to be.
They are alienating their entire base.
They offend each follower.
They appear to be having some sort of an identity crisis and it causes you to say, I'm going to have nothing more to do with this person.
Or maybe you're hoping that it's April 1st, as you look at your calendar hoping it's some kind of a joke or a hoe.
You want them to recant because you know who this influencer is and it's not how they're acting.
Everybody in the room with adult children.
I want you to know.
Imagine that this influencer.
Is your child?
They've suddenly switched their character.
And now, instead of Simply being.
Disbelief disbelieving.
You are now struck to your core.
Because not only is it not who they are.
It's not who you taught them to be.
A good analogy for the book of 1st Corinthians.
1st Corinthians is probably Paul's third letter that he wrote that we still have the first two being first and second Thessalonians.
Probably his third letter that we have.
