Season of waiting

Family values:
Stay Engaged
Actions of Faith
We are here for Him and for others.
This is a word of the Lord for this hour.
Matthew 13:24–30 NASB95
24 Jesus presented another parable to them, saying, “The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a man who sowed good seed in his field. 25 “But while his men were sleeping, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went away. 26 “But when the wheat sprouted and bore grain, then the tares became evident also. 27 “The slaves of the landowner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ 28 “And he said to them, ‘An enemy has done this!’ The slaves said to him, ‘Do you want us, then, to go and gather them up?’ 29 “But he said, ‘No; for while you are gathering up the tares, you may uproot the wheat with them. 30 ‘Allow both to grow together until the harvest; and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather up the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them up; but gather the wheat into my barn.” ’ ”
We are in a season of waiting for the full growth of tares and wheat.
If we try to remove all of what we think is not God in our lives we will also uproot what is God.
So we just wait for the time of harvest to come.
We will know when that time has come because we can see what no longer has any purpose and what has nutrition for others.
When those distinctions become clear we will know what to burn and what to store and treasure.
This is true for the church at large too.
Wait on Holy Spirit to reveal the season of harvest that exposes the tares and the wheat in the church.
Something do not have any purpose of life in them that are being exposed.
Some thing do have purpose and benefits for the family of God.
All will be exposed at the fullness of the harvest season.
In the meantime wait on Father. Be in His presence and do not worry about tomorrow.
This is true in our hearts and lives as well.
You have sown good seed in your life.
You have also been sabotaged by enemies. Thing have been planted in your heart and life to destroy the good seeds.
Those seeds have been growing and now you feel the effects.
You do not need to take the fact that you have some draining elements to you life as shame on yourself.
The fact is you have been sabotaged.
Just let the seeds grow.
In the meantime sit with Jesus. Rest in His presence. Let the life giving light and water bring life to you.
You will see both the life giving and life taking seeds continue to grow until it is time.
Jesus will show you when and what to burn and what to keep for others.
