What is truth?

It is a question at the center of every honest person who is looking for their purpose and meaning in life.

And yet, more and more, it seems truth is being overlooked and disregarded - as though truth was a something that could change based on the situation or circumstance.

Truth is defined by Merriam Webster as

So truth as we understand in our world is what is Actually Fact.
Not feelings!
You might feel hot or cold right now, and the only thing truth has to do with it is whether or not what you say matches how you feel.
But truth based on feelings is sinking sand.
