Jesus is alive from the dead and all people everywhere are to repent and believe the good news that He died for our sins, He was buried, and has been raised from the dead never to die again. Jesus is the King of the Universe and will reign until all enemies are put under His feet and the last enemy is death. Let him who has ears to hear, hear what the Spirit says to the Church. Shared by Jason Stuart Percy at Refuge TLH in Tallahassee, FL on April 4, 2021.
The Gospel According to Moses
Pastor Glenn • Grace United Family Church • Sermon • • 25 views • 37:50
The prophet Amos said to his wayward people back in the day, "Let justice roll down like water, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream." Justice is a huge deal today--in all of its forms: racial, social, economic, even reproductive justice. The national discussion and the ramifications in our culture take up many minutes on all things media. But is the justice promoted today the kind of thing the Lord would approve of? Certainly, justice is his idea. But has it gone too far? Is God pleased? Come with the Grace United crew as we discover what the Lord means and how he desires to apply justice, both in Moses' day and in ours.

War is among the uglliest, if not the ugliest activities anybody can engage in. People don't use the phrase, "war is hell" for nothing. Imagers of God actually killing fellow imagers of God with the sanction, with the approval, with the command of one's respective government. It was no different with Israel, as the Lord commanded his people to go to war. However Moses gave instructions about how soidiers were to ready themselves in preparation to fight against their enemy. What were those instructions? Is engaging in warfare proper for God's people today? Come with the Grace United crew as we discover anew and afresh of God's dealing with warfare, from the perspective of his holiness.

Paradise. What a concept. What a word! What conjures up in your mind when you hear "Paradise"? The Lord through His angel gave John the Apostle-turned-prophet a tiny glimpse of Paradise. And not only him, but the Lord's angel gave another prophet a vision almost identical to what God gave John. Who was that prophet? Why did the Lord do this? And what is Paradise like, anyway? What will God's people be doing in Paradise for all eternity? Join the Grace United Crew as we delight and marvel at God's description and our very job description in Paradise.

The apostle Paul quotes portions of tonight’s psalm in Romans 3. He uses it as the linchpin of his argument: “What shall we conclude then? Are we any better? Not at all! INTRODUCTION: This psalm is a variation of the fourteenth psalm, and makes a point important enough to be repeated. And that point is that this psalm applies to the whole human race, and not just to the tiny minority willing to claim their atheism openly. This is a psalm, not about atheism proper, but…
