The Corinthian Correspondence
Pastor Glenn • Grace United Family Church • Sermon • • 24 views • 46:08
So, whatever came of the church in Corinth--of the Christians there? Paul wrote several letters, two of them which are part of inspired Scripture. Is there a way, save time travel, to get a clue as to whether the Corinthians went on with the Lord? Or did they merely re-absorb back into the culture? Join the Grace United crew as we discover what may have happened to the church in Corinth.

Matthew 2019-2020
Jason Stuart Percy • Refuge TLH • Sermon • • 112 views • 1:14:47
Jesus is the Good Shepherd of those in His Kingdom. He ensures we have all we need, every moment, to do and be and think and say what He wants. He is the ruler of all the Earth and there is nothing that is hard for Him. He is able to help any who come to Him. Jesus rescues sinners. Many believe they have established there own righteousness but those who know they are sick are readily rescued by the Good Shepherd, Jesus. He justifies the ungodly. While he is able to and does variously heal physical illness or touble, we look forward to the fullness of His Kingdom, when all sorrow, sickness, death, and pain will pass away and we will be made new! Isn't He wonderful!??!!!?!?!!
Mark 2020-2021

Traditions easily become used as a way to enforce prejudice. Especially after several generations of practice. We can forget to see the needs and the people around us and obey teh command to love them because we are so busy trying to keep our traditions. People are more important than our man-made traditions. Showing mercy is better than not healing on the Sabbath. While we struggle to understand and believe who Jesus really is, the demonic realm is absolutely sure of Him. And they tremble. Too bad we don't. Frequently the world sees Jesus and His followers as those who are out of their minds because spiritually things must be discerned by God's Spirit. His Spirit is in those who believe Him. The Jewish leaders blasphemed God's Spirit by attributing Jesus' works to the power of Satan. Even so, Jesus has come and is making a new family of all those who believe, both Jew and Gentile. Shared by Jason Stuart Percy at Refuge Christian Fellowship Tallahassee on Sunday, February 9, 2020.

Being a disciple of Jesus in the world brings with it all kinds of trouble, fear and anxiety. Jesus says the remedy for our anxiety is in our relationship with the Father, who will provide for what we need.
The Ten Words
John DeVries • The Christian Reformed Church of St. Joseph • Sermon • • 7 views • 48:05
The first four commandments, the first table of the law, are about our relationship to the LORD. The third commandment speaks of our mention of the LORD. It is centrally a warning against blasphemy. Every mention of the LORD should be a ringing testimony that we have embraced the LORD as our God

People will go to great lengths to hide or deflect what they do not want to admit. They will call their flirting with someone other than their spouse harmless fun until it is too late and then they say, “but we are in love.” A student may say the dog ate my homework Someone says, “I forgot” (when in…

When the day came and Caesar was on his way to the senate house he greeted the seer with a jest, and said, "Well, the Ides of March are come." "Aye," said the seer.…

Exodus 20:7 You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain.[1] You shall not take the Name of the Lord your God in vain.
