Christmas, 2021
Pastor Glenn • Grace United Family Church • Sermon • • 17 views • 29:41
We live in a pluralistic society. Obviously. Why then do we as a culture set aside weeks, if not months preparing for a distinctively Christian holiday, celebrating the birth of the Jewish Messiah? Do we even need Christmas? Come with the Grace United crew as we talk about and seek an answer to the question: "Who needs Christmas?"

Christmas, 2021
Pastor Glenn • Grace United Family Church • Sermon • • 8 views • 43:31
What comes to mind when we think of Christmas in 21st century America? Santa. The manger. Baby Jesus. Mary. Joseph. The wise men. Angels. Shepherds. Etc. But we know that the Christmas story was not "made in America." The setting was about 2,000 years ago in Israel. Roman occupied territory. Israel was looking for "Christmas": God's gift to set them free from Roman oppression. A Messiah. What does Scripture say about the Messiah? What exactly was his mission, both regarding Israel and the rest of the world? Come with the Grace United crew as we talk about God's gift embodied in Messiah.
Mark 2020-2021
Jonathan Albanese • Refuge TLH • Sermon • • 39 views • 1:00:21
As Christians, we live our lives by faith. We live by believing God and learning to trust Him. As weak humans, our faith can waiver, and following together with Jesus, we may find ourselves at times in spiritual highs and at other times in spiritual lows. In the midst of this, Jesus remains faithful. He remains steadfast, immovable, sure. He obeys the Father and He becomes for us the place where we find rest and refuge. We hope you'll begin to trust Him, too. There is no one like our God! Shared by Jonathan Albanese at Refuge Christian Fellowship Tallahassee on Sunday, March 1, 2020.
Come & See
Tristram McCormack • Amboy Friends Church • Sermon • • 14 views • 34:03
Today, Tristram dives into the passage of John 1:45-51 where Nathanael asks Philip, "Nazareth, Can anything good come out of Nazareth?" We know this answer to be true. In this same way we can ask ourselves, "Can anything good from us as Christians and our faith in Christ?" Philip's response was, "Come & See." It takes our actions to make our faith real to others. They must see our faith lived out.

Introduction: Legend says that in ancient times women prayed to be the mother of the Messiah. A double blessing. To be the mother of a male child as well as mother of the Messiah. We don't know the answer to this, it would be interesting to know how women perceived their self-qualification to be the…
