When God does not meet your expectations, which way will you go? What will you choose to do or believe when life gets tough or when your belief system crumbles? If we take an honest look at the expectations many first century Jews had for the Messiah King, we can see what they were thinking when Pilot tried to release Jesus. What about our own hearts? Take a listen....

Because we all have sinful tendencies we all need a savior. There is a little bit of Judas Iscariot in all of us (we let money become an idol). It is up to us to recognize where we fall short of the glory of God. Repent and turn to Jesus. Do not let money rule over your heart.

Matthew 1:18-25
There are many names that are assosciated with Christmas. Mary, Joseph, Santa Clause, Rudolph, and the Grinch. But, three names stand out above the rest. Three names that we need to be sure not to cheapen. Three names that carry the real meaning of Christmas.
Matthew 2019-2020
Jason Stuart Percy • Refuge TLH • Sermon • • 80 views • 1:04:57
Jesus heals our sicknesses. Not always how we want, or when we want. Everyone that was healed by Jesus while He was on Earth still died. Those who trust Him are healed eternally and are in His presence awaiting the resurrection. Jesus demonstrated to Israel that He was truly the promised Messiah, God with Us, come to remove the curse upon creation after Adam's sin. Jesus did many great miracles and He still does. Not the least of which, He was raised from the dead and is, therefore, alive now. He has promised to raise everyone who lives and believes in Him. We have truly entered and enjoy His Kingdom knowing freedom from the fear of death! He Himself took our infirmities. Rejoice, we'll live free of sicknesses in the end.

Graduate
Pastor Alex Jackson • Fresh Church • Sermon • • 80 views • 1:17:13
This week Pastor Alex continued the series "Graduate in the Spirit". Pastor Alex preached from Mark 5:1-20, talking about the demon possessed man in Gerasa. Pastor Alex brought forth a two-fold sermon on Deliverance. One from the perspective of the sinner and the other from the perspective of the saint. Pastor Alex said two reasons it's hard for sinners to truly get delivered. One reason is because of the environment and people they surround themselves with. The other reason is because the evil spirits on the inside are stronger than the person.
The second part of the sermon dealing with the saints, Pastor Alex dealt with the question, "Why do I still feel trapped by the devil even why I'm doing everything right?" Pastor Alex then refered to Job, Paul and Silas, and Jesus Christ as examples of people who did nothing wrong, but was still trapped and imprisoned by the enemy.
