God is the only faithful Person in the universe. He is The promise maker. He is The promise keeper. If he makes a promise, we can take it to the bank. And the greatest promise he has ever made to us, sinful humans is eternal salvation. Come with the Grace United crew as we marvel, awestruck at the majesty and glory of our Great Promise maker and Promise Keeper, who has given us the promise of eternal life in Christ.

When we are looking for a leader, a savoiur, we usually look for someone that's like a lion. Here John the Baptist introduces Jesus as the Lamb of God. Why? Before the Lion we need the Lamb. In these few words John the Baptist tells us about a suffering, saving and supreme Lamb.
