In order to know who is thankful for us, we need to know who the poeple are in our lives that we need to help, serve and have hard coversations. And before we can really see "What needs to be done," we actually have to be invovled in poeples lives on an intimate, and vulnerable level. We have to be willing to do what needs to be done, regardless of if we are fear the blow back. This could be having a hard conversation, standing for truth, or doing the very thing God is pulling you to in order that God's "chosen instrument" may lead his people, or "proclaim [his] name to the Gentiles and their kings and to the people of Isreal." Both David and Paul illustrate for us a person who had to hear some hard works in order that they might change the world. So, "Who is thankful for you?" who are you willing to walk with, talk with, challenge? Who is your Nathan? Who is your Ananias? And who is your David, that you know needs to hear some hard loving yet truth filled words? Who is your Paul, who desperatly hates the church, and needs someone to come along side and challenge, in a caring, thoughtful, way?
