We are commanded by Jesus Himself.

Its dosent mean to ask for forgivness, it dosent mean to confess our sins, It dosent mean to pray.

If one dosent understand a word how can they possibly obey it?

I once had a brother in Christ who struggled with lust and would not go to public places except very late at night.
I asked why and he said ladies dress way to little and the eye wonders way to much and this makes me weak.
The pool and beach were off limits to this man by his own rules.

everytime you see a female like this imediatly begin to pray for her, pray thet she will kmow Jesus as Lord and savior!
