What discipleship is not
Discipleship is not another stage in the Christian life.

The first part in making disciples is bringing the people to Christ.

The third part in making disciples is sending them to make disciples themselves.

Conclusion
Discipleship is a lifetime of following Christ that results in new converts who also become faithful followers of the Lord.
Our action plan
identify and recruit mature men and women in among us who may become “disciplers”
identify the new converts, and the young believers, among us that may be paired with the disciplers.
Introduce the discipler and disciples to begin the discipling-making process .
This serves 2 purposes
help the new belivers mature in faith
provide training and equipping as preparation for makeing “new” disciples
After a few months, encourage the disciplers to begin making disciples.
