The LORD directs Moses’ attention.
He directs him to witness what He has done.
God says, “See, I have called” this word ‘called’ in the Hebrew is “qara [kaw-raw]” which means to appoint, call out and endow.
God is saying I called, appointed and provided Bezalel (Bets-sal-EL) the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe.
